1.	What is the quality of your products?
	All of our products are hand designed and handcrafted by Joy, in the state of Oregon, U.S.A. I use only the best quality, non-toxic materials  to create our unique products.  Some of my products are made of recycled materials.

2.	How do I place an order?
	Select the items you want by clicking the add to cart button located under each item. You will be re-directed to my secure PayPal order page.   You do not need to have a PayPal account to order from Real Joy Creations.   PayPal is my credit card processor. The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. You may change the quantities of the items you have ordered, and update your shopping cart, while you are on the PayPal order page.   When you are finished shopping, click the "proceed to checkout" button. Fill out your name, address, credit card information and any additional information needed. Click the submit order button, and your order will be processed. When I receive your payment/order, I will send you a payment/order confirmation by email. When I ship your order, I will send you a shipping confirmation by email.   Phone orders: 1-541-689-0821   Mail orders:  Email: customerservice@realjoycreations.com to have a printable order form emailed to you.  Mail your order with payment.  I accept checks and money orders. 	I do not have a minimum order amount. All orders are welcome.

4.	What information do you collect? How is it used?
	Your security and satisfaction are my top priorities. I never share my customer e-mail lists or ordering information with anyone.  Real Joy Creations does not sell, rent or provide its e-mail address list to any other user for mailing or advertisement. I do not send unsolicited e-mail or postal mail. Real Joy Creations does not collect credit card information. Your credit card information is collected by PayPal, my credit card processor, along with other personally identifiable information for verification of your account and for retrieving funds for your purchase. 5.	What types of payment do you accept?
	Your order is processed through my secure  PayPal website. PayPal is my credit card processor. The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.   I accept checks and money orders. Please note: Checks will be held for 10 days before your order ships.

6.	Can I purchase an item and have it shipped to a different address?
	You can place an order, and have the item shipped to a different address.   Click the add to cart button under each item you want to purchase. You will then be re-directed to my secure PayPal order page.   In the Bill To column, fill in your name, address, etc. In the Ship To column, fill in the name of the person that you want the items to be shipped to.   When I receive your order, I will send you an order confirmation by email. When your order is shipped, I will send you a shipping confirmation.

9.	How long does it take to receive my order?
	In stock items are shipped within 1-3 business days after I receive your payment. Delivery time is 4-7 business days after the order has shipped.  Some items are custom made and will take 1-2 weeks to produce. These items will be noted in the description on my website.    When I receive your order, I will send you an order/payment confirmation by email. When your order has shipped, I will send you a shipping confirmation by email.

10.	How do I return an item?
	Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.  Real Joy Creations provides a 60 day unconditional, no question asked, money back  guarantee.  Inspect your shipment when it arrives.  If you are not satisfied for any reason, notify me immediately by e-mail. I will give you instructions for returning your item.    After I receive the returned item, I will issue you a full refund (minus shipping charges.) Your refund will be issued to your credit card.  Returned merchandise must be in new condition. (I do not have a restocking charge  or service charge for any returns.

14.	Does Real Joy Creations give back to the community?
	I believe in giving back to the community. A portion of our profits from Real Joy Creations products is donated toprograms that help low-income single women help themselves, and to our fund "Blankets for All," donating blankets to people who cannot afford them. A portion of our profits from our Cat Greeting Cards and our Cat Earrings is donated to the "Cat Room" at Greenhill Humane Society in Eugene, Oregon, and to programs that provide assistance to low-income people that need to have their cat spayed or neutered.
