All of our products are hand designed and handcrafted by Joy, in the state of Oregon, U.S.A. We use only the best quality, non-toxic materials to create our unique jewelry, greeting cards, Eco Tote Bags, as well as our entire line of products. Many of our products are made of recycled materials as well, including our EcoTote Bags. Each of our products that are made with recycled materials will be noted in the description.

We do not have a minimum order amount. All orders are welcome.

Your security and satisfaction are our top priorities. The only information we collect on our website is your e-mail adress when you sign up for our our free monthly newsletter. We never share our customer e-mail lists or ordering information with anyone. Real Joy Creations does not sell, rent or provide its e-mail address list to any other user for mailing or advertisement. We do not send unsolicited e-mail or postal mail. Real Joy Creations does not collect credit card information. Your credit card information is collected by PayPal, our credit card processor, along with other personally identifiable information for verification of your account and for retrieving funds for your purchase. Your order is processed through our secure PayPal website. PayPal is our credit card processor. The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.

We charge one flat shipping rate of $4.80 for any size order, shipped to any state in the U.S. We ship USPS Priority Flat Rate Mail. 

We ship anywhere in the U.S. We do not ship outside the U.S.

In stock items are shipped within 1-3 business days after we receive your payment. Some items are custom made and will take 1-2 weeks to produce. These items will be noted in the description on our website. Delivery time is 2-3 business days after the order has shipped. When we receive your order, we will send you an order confirmation by email. When your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation by email.

Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. Real Joy Creations provides a 60 day unconditional, no question asked, money back  guarantee for the complete line of our products. Inspect your shipment when it arrives. If you are not satisfied for any reason,  notify us by e-mail. We will give you instructions for returning your item. After we receive the returned item, we will issue you a full refund. Your refund will be issued  to your credit card. Returned merchandise must be in new condition. (We don't refund shipping charges.) We do not have a restocking charge  or service charge for any returns.

Real Joy Creations believes in giving back to the community. A portion of our profits from Real Joy Creations products is donated to programs that help low-income single women help themselves, and to our fund "Blankets for All," donating blankets to people who cannot afford them

A portion of our profits from our handcrafted cat greeting cards and our handcrafted cat earrings is donated to the "Cat Room" at Greenhill Humane Society in Eugene, Oregon, and to programs that provide assistance to low-income people that need to have their cat spayed or neutered.
